- Plug in and power on FireStick.
- If at any time the Firestick asks you for a username and password to sign into the FireStick just create a new account on Amazon.com FROM A COMPUTER, or use an existing Amazon account if you have one. Creating an Amazon account is free, and does not require any sort of credit card whatsoever.
Once you’re at the Amazon Home Screen:
- Go to settings, system, network, and connect to your home wifi.
You will be utilizing a program called ‘Kodi’ to access new content.
- To Open Kodi:
- Scroll down to ‘Setting’
- Scroll over to ‘Applications’
- Scroll down to ‘Manage Installed Applications’
- Scroll down to ‘Kodi’
- Press the select (middle) button
- Select ‘Launch Application’
Shortly, Amazon will update the Firestick and Kodi will be located under the Apps tab of the Firestick Menu. Use the above method until then. Once you open Kodi, follow the steps below.
- Scroll to the Videos tab – Scroll down, and click Video Add-ons
- In there you will see all your included add-ons.
- Some of those applications will be:
- 1Channel (tv, movies)
- Exodus (tv, movies) in my opinion this is the best one.
- Pro Sport – Live Sports – Best for MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA.
- Uk Turks Playlist (great source for movies and tv, international sports)
- Phoenix (Movies, International tv is under ONE242415 – Use search in here to find what you want.. Some live TV here also)
- Velocity (tv, movies)
- Earthcam (camera’s around the world and at major events)
- Icefilms (movies)
- ReleaseHub (movies, tv)
- Specto (movies, tv, etc)
- Stream All the Sources – A.KA. SALTS – TV, Movies
- SPORTSDEVIL (PPV UFC, WWE, BOXING, Sports around the world)
If one stream is buffering, try a different add-on. It’s not a perfect system so play around and find which one works for you.
To install any additional add-ons:
While in Kodi click on:
SYSTEM ->
ADD-ONS ->
MY ADD-ONS ->
PROGRAM ADD-ONS ->
Open ADD ON INSTALLER. ->
Then go to VIDEO ADD ONS and all the available apps for Kodi are there. You can install anything you wish.
